Welcome to plugdealer.shop (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and your purchase of digital products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Our Products

We sell digital products: plugins, extensions, presets, and asset packs that run inside Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Some of our plugins include a license key required to activate that plugin. License keys activate our products only; they are not licenses or keys for Premiere Pro, After Effects, or any other Adobe software, which you must own or subscribe to separately. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

plugdealer.shop is an independent store. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe Inc. Adobe, Premiere Pro, and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when ordering.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that apply to your purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent or violates these Terms; in that case you will be refunded.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically, typically by download link and, where applicable, a license key sent to the email address provided at checkout or made available in your account. Delivery is normally immediate or within a few hours. If you have not received your product within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us at info@plugdealer.shop.

5. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for your own personal or business projects, subject to any product-specific license terms provided with the product. Products are licensed, not sold.

We may suspend or revoke license keys that are obtained fraudulently, shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms, without refund.

6. Compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your software version and operating system before purchasing. Product pages list requirements where applicable. Because third-party software such as Adobe applications is updated frequently, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every version or configuration. If you run into an issue, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to help.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for full details, including our policy on payment disputes and chargebacks.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and all products, including code, designs, text, and graphics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any product or content to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that products will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will work with every system or software version.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the United States, unless applicable consumer protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
